All women and non-binary people (ages 18+) are invited to our annual Spring Retreat at the Vallombrosa Center in Menlo Park. Come for a weekend of connecting and learning together and having a whole lot of fun!
2024 Retreat theme: "Between the Lines: Telling our Whole Story and Leaving Room for God to Write it With Us"
It is human nature to present what we think is our ‘best self’ to others--sharing only our good news, posting only the pictures on social media that hide our chins, or pretending that we have it all figured out. But when we do that, especially at church, we miss an opportunity for meaningful connection with others. The story of scripture does not present us with the ‘best self’ of our biblical forebears. We get the good, the bad, and the ugly. Using the stories of our faith, we’ll consider the stories of our lives. Can you bring your whole self to church? Can you claim your whole story?
2024 Speaker: Rev. Marci Auld Glass (she/her) serves as Pastor & Head of Staff at Calvary Presbyterian Church in San Francisco, California. Before that, she has served churches in Idaho, Georgia, New Mexico, and Washington state.

Marci and her husband, Justin have two sons. Marci also has an older son, Eric, who she placed for adoption when she was in college. She is a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Georgia.
